Annual General Meeting and Lunch, Innholders Hall, 27 March 2026
Nestled in the heart of the City of London, near the iconic Royal Exchange and Bank of England, Innholders’ Hall welcomes the Apollo 19 Past Masters for their 2026 Annual General Meeting and lunch.
Innholders' Hall, home to the historic Worshipful Company of Innholders boasts a rich history starting from medieval guilds, receiving its first Royal Charter from Henry VIII in 1514 to regulate London's inns, food, and stables. The current hall, located on College Street, was rebuilt after the Great Fire of 1666 (featuring 17th-century oak panelling) and restored again after severe World War II bombing in 1941, maintaining its status as a key City Livery Company known for charity and hospitality.
The AGM will begin at 12 noon in the Reception Hall and will be immediately followed by a drinks reception and three course lunch with wine in the Great Hall.
This year’s lunch is open to Past Masters only and our Secretary will be sending out an invitation to book your place in the next day or so.
Dress code is lounge suits and badges. Please let our Secretary know if you have any dietary requirements. By popular demand, seating at luncheon will be determined by lottery.

20-23 September 2026 Visit to North Norfolk
Please note that tickets for the 2026 ‘Out of Town’ to North Norfolk are now on sale. There are but forty places (for Masters and Consorts) available so please book early to avoid disappointment. There is already a list of potential interested parties so don’t delay. Here is a brief summary of our trip (subject to any alteration by the providers).
Sunday 20 September
Assemble at the Titchwell Manor Hotel, Main Road, Titchwell, Norfolk PE31 8BB www.titchwellmanor.com for three nights bed and breakfast (see below for room availability). This beautiful hotel near the North Norfolk coast boasts lovely accommodation in a quiet setting and has a reputation for excellent food.
Sunday evening supper will be at your own discretion - only a very limited menu is available at the hotel on Sundays – but there are several near-by villages with decent pubs or other outlets to cater for our needs. Car-sharing and / or taxis will be the order of the day.
Monday 21 September
Depart by coach for Sandringham House – the King’s private estate – for a self-guided tour of the house and our own private tour of the gardens. Sandringham is best known as the place where the King (and the late Queen) spend Christmas and has a lovely family vibe to it. We will have the chance to see up close why they feel it is so special.
After a snack lunch in the café (at your cost), we have a private tour of the Royal Stud on the estate near the house. This is a rare opportunity to see the stables and gallops that so delighted the late Queen throughout her long life. The Royal Stud is not normally open to visitors so we are very lucky.
After a quick cup of tea we have a private Evensong service at St Mary Magdalene church, a short stroll from the house. This is a unique opportunity to worship in the Sandringham Parish church which has been used by generations of the Royal Family.
We then return to our hotel by coach for a gala dinner comprising a drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner with wines. This is the occasion for the Titchwell Manor restaurant to live up to their reputation. We will not be disappointed.
Tuesday 22 September
Departing by coach for Norwich, the ancient ‘capital city’ of Norfolk. We will make a short stop-over in Holt to stretch legs, have a coffee and explore this charming village with it quirky shops and alleyways.
Arriving in Norwich we will enjoy a private tour of the Cathedral. For more than 900 years, Norwich Cathedral’s spire has risen high above the city’s skyline and its ancient architecture echoes with stories. Our guide will delve into these and more during our visit.
After a light lunch at the Briton’s Arms (dating from 1374) our guide will continue to explore the back streets, lanes and passages ways of the ancient old town as the centuries of history surround us. Bring stout footwear!
Homeward bound on the coach we stop near Fakenham for an early dinner at the Sculthorpe Mill Restaurant www.sculthorpemill.uk which dates from 1757. After a drinks reception in the garden we will enjoy a hearty three-course dinner with wines in this relaxed setting. We then return to the hotel for an early nightcap and bed.
Wednesday 23 September
After breakfast, guests can explore the near-by coast which stretches for miles both east and west from the hotel. Once you have had your fill of the freshest of fresh air off the North Sea, it is time to make your way home at your leisure.
The total cost for the above will be £350 per person and will cover:
• Dinner on Monday and Tuesday evening
• Lunch on Tuesday
• Coach transport on both days
• All entry tickets, church and guide fees etc
